When we needed on-sight project management for a major yacht refit in Ft Lauderdale , Jamie stepped in and ran it like clockwork. She delivered credible and competent interface between interior designers, our furniture team in Italy, the local systems installers and joiner outfitters. Most of all, Jamie kept a very fussy owner satisfied his yacht was being completed to his satisfaction. None of that was easy and all of it was a complicated moving target.
That's why when we needed a team on our school ship conversion in Galveston, Jamie and Jim brought their team to the project and delivered a complete engine room and systems install, accommodations package and solid coordination between all the trades. JM Marine Enterprises has become my "go to" for any electronics issues on More Shenanigans. On a referral from another captain, I contacted JM Marine last year regarding a power issue I was having with my navigation system. Jim arrived when he said he was going to, completed the work in a timely fashion, was neat & professional, and more than reasonable in his pricing. Jim went through my yacht electrical system top to bottom, making suggestions on upgrades, but never pushing a hard sell.
